No problem with Dr Allred. But I do have issues when I've had an appointment for three months and they cancel without calling me. It was no problem getting another appointment for the same day, but wow. The whole Allred family is great. So I won't say anything against them. But his ARNP...well I am not as impressed as some. I am currently looking for a different provider.
I have a long medical history and have been on the same meds for years. When I moved here, all I wanted was a primary care physician who would fill my normal meds. Allred doesn't deserve to be called a doctor! He doesn't listen AT ALL. Then he decides there's nothing wrong, even after seeing all your records. Then he labels you a drug seeker, and after that, no doctor in Grant county will even see you. Avoid this so-called "doctor" at all costs. he'll leave you in pain for the rest of your life.
Had no problem with Dr. Allred. He's a good physician. His nurse, however, never returned three of my phone calls asking for assistance and cancelled the appointment I finally made after I went directly to the clinic because I showed-up a few minutes late. I had already informed another nurse I would be a few minutes late because of my work schedule and he said it was fine. After trying for over three weeks to see the doctor, I gave up and switched primary care physicians. I wouldn't recommend the Columbia Basin Family Medicine Clinic to anyone as a result. They show very little concern for the welfare of their patients.
