Went into the store to browse and found myself talking to an amazing rep who was helpful and courteous. Sharde should be given a huge raise for being so awesome.
I had been dreading & putting off going into get a new phone & update my phone plan. Adriana made my experience perfect. From the moment I walked in and she welcomed me, things were smooth and easy. Very much appreciated after a long 10 hour day at work! The whole crew was there well past closing. They were helping myself & another customer. Another reason I was thankful for the great customer service!
Out of all the years that I've been stopping in Ephrata on my way to Tri-Cities, WA, I can say that your store has finally given costumers the service they deserve. I live in Vancouver, BC and I must say the care I was given a couple weeks ago was phenomenal! Jose Guerrero I believe was his name, you mate are a great store manager! Sharde was excellent explaining how to operate and update my phone and services, and as a long time user of an older phone this was great, and nice to get good service even though my phone isn't the newest .
