No point in making an appointment at this place as they don't honor them. Made an appointment for my mom for her birthday to get her nails done but after waiting for an HOUR we decided to just leave. Thanks for wasting our time during a very special day.

I went for a pedicure with my daughter. I was given Luke warm water for my feet. I asked for it to be warmer. It was never warmer. Stayed Luke warm otherwise. They were professional. I'm not from the area my husband is working in the area. It was the best reviews. So we came would more then likely come back as long as we're here
Their excuse was someone quit today and I get that but you could have communicated this as soon as we entered or better yet called us to move our appointment. We would have made other arrangements or gone somewhere else. Great way to run a business to the GROUND.
