Super slow. Despite saying orders will ship in 1-3 days, my order did not ship for 10 days with no notice of the delay. Now a week after shipping and it has still not arrived.
Made a very simple order for some dogtags. They made a mistake in printing the item and I was told I would have to pay to ship the item back to get it replaced. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
