I have had issues of people that live there, one family (or friends) that have had the cop's called multiple times because of gang activities, stolen goods. I had my storage unit broke into along with other's and the security cameras were unplugged (according to the maintenance worker). I have spoken with the management (Pillar Rock in Ephrata) and they refuse to kick these people out even though they have been advised by the Quincy Police Department of the criminal activity that these people are doing. Out of 30 aprox. units there are only about 10-15 units rented. People keep moving out because of the problems these criminals are causing and it is a shame that the Pillar Rock Realty Group does NOT take our safety seriously. According to the RCW 59.18.500 & 59.18.510 state that the Landlord has the right to remove anyone involved in gang/criminal activities from the premises. I would not recommend renting with this realtor at all!

I rented from these people last year. They tried to screw me so many times out of money. Once I told them I am proud to serve in our military and risk my life for people like them, they changed their attitiude, a little. But, I would not recommend them to anyone! Since I have moved out of the apartment I had, the rent has dropped $500 bucks in the paper. They got so much money out of me becuase I was ignorant to thier ways. Don't make my mistake.
