Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager had to be called over because the guy taking my order didn't know how to input the special that was displayed in the window. And the manager acted like I was lying and asked what I was talking about. So I pointed at the sign and she then asked her employee when the sign was hung up cause she didn't know anything about it. Therefore she had to call someone else on the phone. Meanwhile there is line getting bigger by the minute. So after they finally figured out how to input this they still didn't get my order correct and over charged me. Shouldn't the manager know her menu and specials?. And seriously don't come to. Work with nasty hickeys all over your neck!! Set an example lady
The exterior needs a fresh coat of paint, and the landscaping was terrible. Got our food in less than a minute, but our burgers were so cold, the cheese didn't melt! The patty had the consistency of a hockey puck. Soda had way too much ice, no carbonation and no taste. The only thing fresh were the fries. Don't bother trying to deal with the 'management'; they don't care. The only way to make a complaint with the company is a 1-800 number, and it's impossible to talk to a human being. Don't waste your time and money with this dump.
Hands down, one of THE absolute worst BK's to go. Customer service is absolute garbage, they rarely get the order right, and when you call to complain? Good luck ever getting anyone to answer the damn phone. The dude spilled soda all over my husband, and instead of offering him napkins...chuckled, closed the window and walked away. Got our order home, my burger wasn't even CLOSE to the right one. Ordered a bacon king, got just a regular cheeseburger. Tried to call (because I didn't want to have to go BACK down there) and after about 9 attempts, I gave up and just ate my damn cheeseburger because I was hungry. Asked for fry sauce, checked the bag when it was handed to us and guess what? No fry sauce. And when we asked for it, the kid seemed incredulous that we would check if we got what we ordered. Even said "I just want to know how you could possibly check the bag that fast." Needless to say, won't be going back for a LOOOONG time.
Friendly, good food and polite employees. Also store is clean. At Mos. Lake by Walmart. Nice job guys!
Stop for breakfast.... it was the worst I have ever had, of course did the drive up and was down the street before we started to eat it the meat was old and cold.... the cheese wasn't even melted.... will never do that again....had to toss them out....12$ wasted hope we don't get sick.
