Took in a stray with a bad case of worms and serious weight loss problems (looked like a kitten but was apparently 6mon-1 yr old). They were able to get us in the next day, and within a month my little Callie started looking much healthier and started to gain a healthy weight. All my questions were answered and wouldn't think of taking my furbabies anywhere else.
I recommend animal tracks to anyone in the area. They have always been friendly and professional in taking care of our animals. Would not recommend the other vet in town from past experience.
While camping in Coulee City my Boston Terrier got a nasty weed/grass awn stuck in his eye. I was super nervous because it looked painful and I couldn't get it out myself. When we called Animal Tracks they were able to get us in that same day. Front office staff was super friendly. The Doctor knew exactly what to do and was able to remove the awn in a matter of seconds. We are very grateful!
